Vantuner can repair some common faults on many ECU's
Here is the ECU/EDU unit from an Astra, the one with the 16 valve DTI Isuzu engine, the ECU develops a fault which make the vehicle difficult or impossible to start.
They are, like most ECU's, shocking money to replace, but we can repair them for £75 including special delivery next working day return post.. - no re-initialising is required, just put back your repaired unit & your starting problems are solved.

If you'd like to bring it in & go for a long walk while I repair it, no problem, just call me to arrange a good time Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm. It takes about 1hr.
ECU cloning
If you have a vehicle with a tricky fault & have been told to get a new ecu - save yourself £800 and get a garanteed used one. I will clone your vin & key , mileage & immobiliser details over so your new ECU is plug & play. This service is for many Bosch series 16 ECU's form about '03-'08 & some Delphi & Siemens as well from the same period. Get the main ECU part number from yours & let me know what it is to confirm it can be done, the number will be start 02810***** on all Bosch....
Immobiliser Off
On older ECU's that can't be cloned, you can have the immo defeated, & the system wil then ignore the key chip immo system - useful if you want to fit a new or used ECU or are doing an engine conversion etc.. I can do thousands of ECU's from about '97 onwards, just email me the part numbers off your ecu & a few vehicle details & I will tell you if it can be done.
