Tuning Options

Vantuner’s aim is to create a safe and reliable power increase, particularly on a working van. More and more of the work I do now is on economy tuning however if you want maximum safe power we can try several different mapping strategies to see which feels best after some road testing.

With the last Vauxhall Vivaro that came in for power tuning, the owner said the first tune was much better than standard, but I could tell he wanted more. I added 3% more peak turbo boost and off it went for the second test drive - a big smile came across his face and that was it. Sorted. A custom tune for him that transformed the gutless Vivaro and won't affect reliability in the slightest (total turbo boost added was just 8%).

I believe this custom method is far more useful than having a reference page of highly inflated horse power figures that give the impression that webtuner x add a few more HP than the next tuner. Many tuning websites, in particular "tuning box" resellers, are adding a few HP here and there so that their box apparently gives more power than the competition - it is pure hype! Even a rolling road/dyno readout can be manipulated very easily by changing the "correction factors" to produce higher readings...

All of the van tuning work that I do is fully customised for your needs. The power increase tables included here are just a rough guide as to what can be achieved.

Check out the power tables here or if your model isn't included send me a quick message now via contact vantuner >> to see what can be done on your model.

Will I be satisfied?

There is no better way to maximise your vehicle's power than by ECU remap tuning - but if you are not happy with the results I will happily return your van to stock and refund you.
